Why read Monday Morning Power?

You will find a consistency and a focus in all of my content that can change your attitude which can fuel a positive change in your life, if you want it to. If you are happy with your attitude and your life and see no reason for changing, then you either already have a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude), or you are a victim and want to hold onto your misery. These postings will then serve to fortify the person with PMA, or, hopefully, convince the "victim" that there is a better way. This site will contain essays, poems, stories, humor and links, all with the same goal: The pursuit, capture, care and feeding of a Positive Mental Attitude. I have had readers tell me that they have spent hours on my site and feel great about themselves both during and after. I log onto my own site frequently to help fuel my attitude; I hope you will as well.

To My Fellow Bloggers.....

Please feel free to link my blog to yours. A dose of "Monday Morning Power" would bolster any blog, except for those that profess doom, destruction and the end of the world. If you want to use any of my content in your blog, please ask first via email or by comment. I will need to review your blog for appropriate content and then give you written permission as well as being sure that you link back.

Monday Morning Power

A dose of "Monday Morning Power" and a cup of coffee and you're ready for whatever awaits you. At a minimum you should read this blog on Monday Mornings. However, there will be new posts daily. Whenever you want to feel good, tune in and help yourself to some "Monday Morning Power." Please share this site with everyone you care about. I welcome your comments and suggestions

Tagged

I got tagged by Mahendra. So here goes……………

  1. I shave my head because people don’t know if I like the look or I do it because I have gone bald naturally. I’ll keep them guessing.
  2. I love Dachshunds. I have two and am picking up a third on Monday, 7/23.
  3. Writing my blog is one of the most fulfilling endeavors I have ever undertaken. In other words, I love it.
  4. I have three grown kids: a boy, captain in the US army, a boy, senior publicist in NY and a girl who is a senior at San Francisco State University.
  5. My wife is a teacher at a local middle school. I admire her more than I can express; for her dedication and how she affects the future with what she does now.
  6. I have a college degree, but never went to grad school because I am fundamentally lazy and didn’t think that they could teach me anything useful
  7. Over the years, I have learned that the only thing that brings me the feeling of true accomplishment is following my passions.
  8. The only thing that gives me a feeling better than the one that my blog gives me is thinking about my family and how my kids turned out. I little on the mushy side, I know, but so true.

TAG RULES:

  1. Each player starts with 8 random facts/habits about themselves.
  2. People who are tagged, write a blog post about their own 8 random things, and post these rules.
  3. At the end of your post you need to tag 5 people and include their names. Don’t forget to leave them a comment and tell them they’re tagged, and to read your blog.
  4. If you find out that they have already been tagged, then upon recieveing notification of this, you must find someone else to tag.

I have tagged the following:
Movie World
G8T CARS n BIKES
Invite The Party
Parenting 101
EDIT SUITE 8

Thanks for taking up the tag. It's always nice to know a bit more about one's blog-mates!

Congratulations on having such an impressive well-knit family - I understand how it must make you feel.

And oops - I didn't know when I wrote my post on "The Real American Idol", that some real parent of someone working in the US army would be reading it! I feel a bit scared now...I hope it was an ok post in general and didn't take matters lightly.
