"Be Grateful and/or Complain meme".................
I am grateful that I get to work at home and be with these guys; Dexter, Oliver & Lucy.(The sofa that they are sleeping on is in my office)

In order to be able to achieve and maintain happiness we need to, actively, be able to do two things:
- Complain and then let go (Dump the baggage, the roadblocks to happiness.)
- Express Gratitude (The open expression of gratitude promotes happiness.)

Hey Mel,
Soooo cute!!!! Your dogs are so lovely...we can tell that they live in a peaceful environment :D!
Now, I have a question to ask: shall I repost my Grateful letter and add at the end the people who are participating in the meme?
Cheers
Hi Max,
I love having my little guys with me when I work.
Just add the names of the participants, like I did. No need to repost. As this grows, I would encourage each participant to add new gratitude entries which would include the latest list of participants. So, once a Gratitude letter has been posted, unlike the Big Bang, there is no need to re-post, just submit a brand new entry.
cuties all
They are so cute.
I know I love to have my doggie T.J. around when I sit alone at my desk. I don't feel so alone with him there.
P.S.
Is that a frog they are playing with in the first photo? Tell them to please be nice to the froggie, I like froggies.:-)
Sandy,
They are cute....but then again, I am just a little partial.
Sindi,
I don't know how to tell you this, but Lucy and Dexter played tug-of-war with the grog and ripped its leg off.
